WARRANTY
All products are warranted by Vator Accessories to be free of defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment. Vator Accessories liability shall be limited to replacement of the product, if it can be determined that the product was defective at the time of shipment. Defective products, subject to the inspection by Vator Accessories, will be replaced or repaired on a no charge basis. Damage caused by accidents or improper usage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Vator Accessories is not responsible for misuse of the products, or if the Buyer is unable to use the product. The Buyer must determine the suitability of the product for his intended use and the user assumes all risks and liabilities in connection herewith. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. All sales are final, subject to existing warranty provisions.
If any item from the following product lines is installed or used by someone other than a certified elevator mechanic, all warranties are null and void:

- Door Detectors
- Door Restrictors

- Escutcheon locks and tubes
- Emergency Keys
- Emergency Lights
- Fans
- Fire Tabs and Door Gibs
- Phones
- Jumpers
- Pit Ladders
- Pit Flood Alarms and Switches
- Auxiliary Pit Lighting
- Pit Switches
- Rail Clamps and Blocks
- Rail Files
- Rollers and Guide Wheels
- Scavenger Pumps
- Spirators
- Tank Heaters
- Top Exit Switches
- Any other item that requires electrical, wiring, and/or technical knowledge or training
Proof of work order by certified elevator mechanic or elevator company must be provided for warranty claims on most products.
RETURN POLICY
Unused/unopened products still in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of order receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be shipped prepaid back to Vator Accessories. In order to return an item, please contact us authorization. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in unused condition and a refund will be issued less the 25% restocking fee. If item has been opened and/or removed from original packaging and/or is in a condition in which it cannot be resold, we cannot issue a refund. Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
ALL CUSTOM AND/OR SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
TERMS OF PAYMENT/PRICING
Payments are due at the time of ordering. Vator Accessories accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards. Sales tax will be applied to all transactions where the buyer's billing address and/or shipment address are in the state of Tennessee. No sales tax is applied to purchases made outside the state of Tennessee.
All prices are F.O.B. Memphis, TN and are subject to change without notice. Quotations expire in 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. Published or quoted prices do not include any applicable taxes.
